Method of preparation:
Beat with a mixer, egg whites with a pinch of salt and sweetener, gradually add the yolks, oil, water and baking powder and mix.
The resulting composition is divided into 3 bowls: one remains white and in it add 4 tablespoons of flour, in the second bowl add 2 teaspoons of black cocoa, 1 tablespoon of flour and coffee, and in the third bowl add 1 tablespoon of flour and 2 teaspoons of plain cocoa (low fat).
Transfer to a cake pan prepared with baking paper, first the darkest composition, level with a spatula and sprinkle with grated white chocolate (you will not need more than 2 squares of chocolate) peel lemon and diced shit.
Pour the lighter cocoa composition, grate the dark chocolate.
Then pour the white composition and sprinkle raisins from place to place.
Place the cake in the preheated oven, over medium heat, until golden, ie about 25 minutes, then leave to cool.
