The stewed cuttlefish they are a second dish quite well known to all. Being a very tasty recipe, I thought not to miss it here in the blog, maybe it will come in handy for those who don't have the faintest idea ofhow to cook cuttlefish or those who are simply looking for an idea for dinner and want to prepare a simple and tasty fish-based dish;) I, after trying the recipe for cuttlefish with peas, those with artichokes and stuffed cuttlefish, I dedicated myself to perhaps the simplest version, that of stewed cooking, incredible right? But let's come to us, prepare the ingredients (tomato sauce, garlic, oil, parsley, cuttlefish, white wine and a little salt) and let's get to work.
How to make stewed cuttlefish
Start cleaning the cuttlefish (here you will find the full explanation.)
Then cut it into rings and transfer it to a pan where you have heated oil, garlic and parsley.
Then blend them with the wine.
Now add the tomato puree and salt, mix and cook for about 30 minutes.
Your stewed cuttlefish is ready, add chopped parsley on plates and bring to the table.
