4. Mix the white sauce with the rest of the eggs.

5. Pour into the hyena bowl and put the remaining cheese and a few pieces of butter on top.

6. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes, until it takes on color on top.

White sauce (I made 500ml but didn't use everything):

Melt the butter without heating it up, add the flour, chew until incorporated (DO NOT fry) and then add the warm soup little by little, stirring.

For the soup. It is interesting to have something like this in the house. For this, buy chicken bones and boil them plain or with some vegetables. Strain, and then I put the juice in bags and in the freezer. It is used when needed.

Dietary chicken with baked lemon

I propose in the following a delicious, healthy and easy to prepare recipe. I mean, perfect for a late dinner & # 8230 Marinated in lemon juice, which makes it even more fragrant, fragrant with lemon peel and fabulous oregano and lightly browned in the oven, & # 8220 the banal & # 8221 chicken thus turns into a delicious surprise.
I used boneless and skinless chicken breast, for a low caloric content, but you can also put whole skin with skin, hammers or thighs.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 boneless and skinless chicken breast 450 g
& # 8211 lemon 2 pcs.
& # 8211 white wine vinegar 1 tbsp
& # 8211 oregano 1 teaspoon
& # 8211 onion 1 pc.
& # 8211 1 tablespoon olive oil
& # 8211 salt, pepper
& # 8211 chilli flakes or paprika

Put the chicken breast in a heat-resistant dish, washed and cleaned of any remaining fat. Add sliced onions, lemon peel (from both lemons if you want the aroma to be stronger or just from a lemon for a more discreet scent) and oregano. Mix separately 100 ml of lemon juice with olive oil and a tablespoon of wine vinegar. Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure it is evenly covered. Put a cling film over the bowl and put it in the fridge to marinate (at least 30 minutes, ideally a few hours).

Remove the dish from the refrigerator to easily reach room temperature and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over the chicken breast (or grind a little chilli flakes). Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. After about 20 minutes, remove the foil and leave for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken breast is lightly browned. Serve the chicken hot, with a garnish of rice or potatoes (natural or puree) over which you put the sauce left in the bowl.

Whole chicken, in the oven, with herbs and sausages from Oltenia

We are in the middle weeks and I imagine you don't feel like spending time in the kitchen. Therefore, for dinner I propose a delicious roast chicken, baked with herbs of Provence (mixture of thyme, sage, fennel, basil and lavender flowers) and accompanied by a healthy garnish of vegetables. And to thank those who have the impression that the chicken is only for the regime, I & # 8220strajuit & # 8221 poor flying with some sausages. Oltenesti, to be more exact. Everything is put in the oven and done while you relax and talk to family members, without requiring too much attention or going through complicated stages. Not to mention that you can take a portion of chicken and vegetables from the steak the next day, for the lunch break from work :).

Obviously you can put in the tray only chicken breasts (with skin and bone) or only thighs (whole or lower, as you like). But if you go for the whole chicken version, you will find that you have two advantages: it is cheaper (compared to the situation where you take the breast or thighs separately) and you also have the raw material needed to prepare a bottom, ie a chicken soup to o use it to prepare other foods (instead of concentrated cubes). Specifically, all you have to do is leisurely boil the chicken's back with an onion, a carrot and a piece of celery. The resulting soup is strained and can be stored very well in the freezer until you need it.

Don't forget to find on the blog other variants of whole chicken in the oven: Spicy chicken with bacon, sausages and sage and Chicken with lemon, garlic and rosemary.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 whole chicken without back 1.6 kg
& # 8211 red onion 2 pcs. large (240 g)
& # 8211 capsicum 2 pcs. (270 g)
& # 8211 potatoes 5 pcs. (1.2 kg)
& # 8211 zucchini 2 pcs. (420 g)
& # 8211 small mushroom mushrooms 200 g
& # 8211 garlic 1 small head (25 g)
& # 8211 olive oil 3 tbsp
& # 8211 dry white wine 100 ml
& # 8211 herbs of Provence 1 tbsp
& # 8211 salt, ground pepper
+ optional, sausages 6 pcs.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place, in a large Jena bowl, the potatoes (peeled, washed and diced), the red onion (peeled, washed and cut into quarters), the capsicum (peeled and seeded, washed and cut into pieces) and the garlic (chopped). puppies in half). Pour two tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle half the amount of herbs from Provence. Stir gently so that the vegetables are evenly greased with oil and herbs. Place the whole chicken on top (washed and wiped with water). Grease the chicken with the rest of the oil (1 tablespoon), add salt and ground pepper, sprinkle with the rest of the herbs of Provence. Lightly pour, in addition to chicken, dry white wine.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Leave it for 45 minutes, then remove it and remove the foil. Gently lifting the chicken, place the mushrooms (whole) and zucchini (cubes). Lightly mix the vegetables. Place the chicken over them again and, if you wish, place the sausages next to it (notched). Put back in the oven, turn the heat a little higher (200 degrees Celsius) and leave for another 30 minutes or until the chicken is well penetrated and nicely browned. Serve immediately.
