We start by making pancakes:

* We take a plastic bowl, add milk, oil, eggs, flour, salt and whip it :). Mix well until smooth.

* Grease the pan with a little oil / butter and add the required amount for the pancakes. I used only 6 pancakes for my recipe, and I made the others for dessert: D.

* After the pancakes are made, we cover them and start composing.

* In another pan (higher) put the butter, let it melt and add the composition.

* Leave them on the fire for about 20-25 minutes, during which time mix about 5-7 times.

* Add a pancake, a layer of composition, cheese and then as many layers as you want. After putting the last pancake, sprinkle with cheese.

* Preheat the oven to high heat (about 10 minutes before putting in the oven) and leave for 10-15 minutes.

* Meanwhile, make the sauce: cut the hot pepper, peel the tomato.

* Add oil, salt and water with them.

* Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes.

* Put it in a small plastic bowl.

Put in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

an onion, a tablespoon of butter, a can of mushrooms, 1 boiled chicken breast, 1 glass of dry white wine, a bunch of dill, 7 eggs, 200 gr. sour cream, cheese, pepper, salt

Method of preparation:

Make pancakes from 4 eggs, milk and flour. The filling is prepared as follows: cook the finely chopped onion with butter for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped mushrooms, along with the canned juice, the finely chopped chicken breast, the wine, a pinch of pepper, a teaspoon of salt and simmer until the juice is completely reduced. Boil 2 eggs, cut the egg white into small pieces and add to the composition, and pass the yolk. After the composition has cooled a bit, add sour cream, finely chopped dill and a raw egg, mixing well. Fill the pancake sheets with this filling. Grease a Jena bowl with butter, place the pancakes next to each other, greasing with sour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Method of preparation

The flour is mixed with the egg, salt and milk, until we have a thin composition for pancakes. Fry the pancakes and take them out on a plate. In a ceramic pan put finely chopped onion and mushrooms peeled, washed and cut into thin slices with a little olive oil, add salt and fry and reduce the juice. When they are ready, take them out in a bowl.

In the same pan put the chicken breast (which is boiled) cut into cubes with olive oil and a little fried butter. Add the spices, including cardamom powder and leave for a few minutes. Mix the mushrooms with the fried chicken pieces. We take a pancake and fill it with the mixture of chicken and mushrooms, sprinkle grated cheese, cover them and put them in a tray or ceramic bowl. Sprinkle cheese over the stuffed pancakes. Bake for about 10 minutes. Serve hot with various sauces.


Ingredients for the filling

1. Mix the egg and milk with a pinch of salt, then add the flour until you get a cream-like consistency. Fry the pancakes in a non-stick pan.


2. Peel the mushrooms and onions, then chop them finely.


3. Heat the mushrooms and onions with salt and pepper in a tablespoon of oil for 1-2 minutes, until soft. After turning off the heat, add the chopped dill.


4. Divide the filling obtained between 2 or more pancakes, then grate cheese over it.


5. Fold the sides of the pancake so that the filling does not come out, then roll it.


6. Put the pancakes in a tray, then grate a little more cheese for decoration and sprinkle a little oregano. Bake the pan for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese forms a crust.


Baked pancakes with meat and mushrooms

These tasty pancakes with meat and mushrooms are tasty and very effective!

Whenever I prepare meat dishes: steak either in the oven or grilled, slices, meatballs or sausages and stay for the second or even the third day, I wonder how to combine them to prepare something other than a simple stew or moussaka.

This time I made some pancakes in the oven, which turned out very good.

  • 350 gr canned mushrooms

Preparing pancakes

For pancakes: I rubbed the egg with salt, I added the cold milk, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. I mixed well and I started to prepare the pancakes in a pan with a diameter of 22 cm, putting 1 piece of dough in the hot pan and greased with a little oil. I baked each pancake for 1 minute on each side, over a higher heat.

Prepare the filling

For the filling: I chopped the meat dishes (2 homemade sausages, 3 slices, 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast, 3 slices of kaizer).
I chopped the onion into scales and hardened it in a little oil, then I added the drained and chopped mushrooms. I stirred a few times so that it didn't stick and I lifted it off the heat, leaving it to cool.
After cooling, I mixed the mushrooms and onions with the minced meat, I added 1/2 bunch of chopped green parsley, an egg and a washed, cleaned and diced donut and I mixed well.
Spices were not to be added, as all the meat ingredients were seasoned during the previous preparation.

I coupled two pancakes, so that with both to obtain the length of the heat-resistant form in which I prepared them and I spread a quarter of the meat and mushroom composition, at one end of the pancakes, then I rolled them and placed them baked, greased with a little oil, side by side.


Method of preparation

For pancakes, mix the egg with the milk, then add the flour and mix well so that no lumps form. Bake on low heat and turn the pancake when it turns golden. Do this until you have finished composing.

Slice the mushrooms, cut the green onion into rounds and the bacon into small cubes.

Saute the green onion, bacon, bacon and mushrooms in a little oil, then add the finely chopped boiled chicken.

When the chicken starts to take on color, add the flour and mix well so that it doesn't stick to the pan, then pour the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Cut the tarragon, sprinkle over the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread a pancake on a flat surface, put two tablespoons of the composition in the center, roll the pancake and place it in a heat-resistant dish greased with a little oil.

Put the cheese through a large grater and sprinkle over the pancakes. Put in the oven at 180 C / Gas 4 until the cheese melts and acquires a golden color.
