Recipe Tagliatelle with lobster of 27-06-2007 [Updated on 28-08-2018]
Finally a nice fish-based first course. They gave me a lobster * _ * and here's how I cooked it. Here is my recipe for lobster tagliatelle! And if you have time and desire, you can also prepare them at home with my recipe for making tagliatelle, easier to do than to say;)
How to make lobster tagliatelle
Cook the lobster in abundant boiling water.
Shell and clean the lobster keeping the pulp and claws apart.
Fry a garlic in plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the lobster meat and claws, add salt and pepper and cook over low heat for about ten minutes.
Deglaze with half a glass of white wine and add the cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Sauté the noodles in a pan with the lobster sauce.
Sprinkle the lobster noodles with fresh parsley and pepper and serve.
