How to make skewers of corn on the cob and mozzarella
First clean the cobs (just remove leaves and filaments).
Then put them in a pot full of water, with a little coarse salt and bicarbonate, bring to a boil and cook for about 1 hour (test cooking with a fork).
Drain the corn on the cob and grill them on a hot grill for a few minutes, then cut them into rings.
Then assemble the skewers alternating the cob washers with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and chillies.
Add a pinch of salt and if you want a drizzle of oil and immediately serve the corn cob and mozzarella skewers.
