The meat pizza recipe is a family recipe of one of the girls who works with me, it intrigued me and I tried it and now here it is. How to make meat pizza
Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and pour in the water, oil and salt.
Start working the dough from the center, gradually absorbing all the flour.
Knead until you get a homogeneous and elastic dough.
Wrap the crazy dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: sauté the chopped onion in a saucepan with the oil, then add the meat and brown it, then blend with the white wine.
Turn off the heat and add the salt, eggs and grated Asiago cheese.
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Take the dough, divide it in two and roll out into sheets.
Line a baking tray lined with parchment paper with a first layer, now add the filling
Level well, then cover with the other layer of dough
Seal the edges well, then brush the surface of the meat pie with a little milk or a beaten egg and bake at 180 ° in a preheated oven.
Cook the meat pizza for 35/40 minutes
