Spaghetti with herbs recipe of 25-05-2009 [Updated on 29-07-2015]
This weekend I went into gardening, planted all my herbs in large planters, and then I improvised herbal spaghetti for my husband. These spaghetti with herbs are an easy and fresh first course, suitable just for the summer, my love enjoyed it very much and so did I. if you have little time and you want to prepare a quick and tasty first course, try this recipe and let me know. know ;)
How to make herb spaghetti
Chop the basil leaves, parsley and mint and mix them with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Desalt the capers and pit the olives.
In a non-stick pan, brown the garlic clove, together with the capers, olives and pine nuts with plenty of oil
Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the aromatic mixture.
Mix everything and cook for a few more minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
Add some pasta cooking water to the pan with the herbs.
Drain the spaghetti and pour them into the pan with the sauce.
Add a drizzle of raw oil and sauté the spaghetti with herbs in a pan.
Serve the spaghetti with herbs garnishing the dishes with a couple of basil leaves.
