In this video recipe I show you how to prepare delicious crepes, ideal to be served with both sweet and savory fillings.They are prepared in a very simple way and are a classic of cuisine all over the world. If you prefer, you could prepare them in advance, when you are more free and keep them in the fridge, then when you eat them, or if your guests are about to arrive, you can heat the pans, stuff them and serve them very quickly!
How to make crepes
To prepare the crepes you will have to pour the flour inside a container, dig a central groove and pour the milk in the center. You will have to mix the mixture vigorously so that it is fluid and free of lumps. Meanwhile, separately prepare a beaten egg with the help of a fork, add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix. As soon as the mixture is very fluid and amalgamated, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. After this period of time, resume the dough and stir, then melt a knob of butter in a large hot non-stick pan and then pour a ladle of batter into the center of the pan. Quickly you will have to tilt and rotate the pan so that the batter is distributed evenly. The crepes should cook for one minute per side and you can turn them with the help of a spatula. When they are ready, you will stack them on top of each other, placing them on a serving dish.
