The pear crumble combines the sweetness of this fruit with the bitter taste of dark chocolate for a real explosion of taste. How to make pear crumble
Peel the pears, clean them and cut them into pieces.
Gradually transfer them to a small bowl and cover them with lemon juice.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and add it to the pears together with the ginger, then mix.
Butter the cocottine and fill them with the pear and chocolate mixture
Work the butter, brown sugar and flour in another bowl.
Then cover the cocottine with the mixture obtained and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
