There Savoy cabbage soup is a hot, nutritious, tasty and completely vegetarian first course. Between recipes with cabbage, try and prepare, I admit that I really missed this, yet the soup cabbage and potatoes it is a real comfort food for those who, like me, pamper themselves in winter with a nice plate of hot soup.

How to make cabbage soup
Put some chopped onion, celery and carrot in a pot with a little oil.
Meanwhile, clean the cabbage, cut its leaves and transfer them to the pan.
Now peel and cut the potatoes and add it too.
Sauté a few minutes and cover with the boiling broth, cooking for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spelled according to the times shown on the package.
Then drain it.
At this point, put the spelled in the pot with the cabbage, add salt and pepper and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Your cabbage soup is ready to be brought to the table.
