How to make black olive pate

Pitted the black olives

Put the olives in a blender with a clove of garlic, an anchovy fillet and a pinch of salt

Start blending everything and gradually add the oil slowly

Blend until you get a smooth cream

Place the black olive pate in a bowl and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
