I made Rafaello candies for Christmas and they were so successful that I reissued them on New Year's Eve. I know there are many options here, and now there will be one more.
- 200 gr milk powder
- 200 gr butter
- 150 gr sugar
- 200 gr coconut
- 100 g whole almonds
- 1 wafer sheet
- vanilla sugar
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Raffaello candies:
Melt the butter in the microwave and allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the powdered milk with the sugar and 100 g of coconut, add the vanilla sugar, the melted but cold butter, and at the end the crushed wafer sheet. Knead the dough well and put it in a food foil in the shape of a stick, then put it in the fridge to harden the composition. When it has hardened well, take it out of the fridge and cut into slices from which balls are shaped, inside which an almond is placed. Then it is passed through a coconut and placed in candy wrappers. Store in the refrigerator for several days.
the first time I struggled to make balls, they didn't really come out equal, then the idea came to me with foil
