I washed the salmon well and placed it in a pan greased with oil.
I also greased it with oil, then seasoned it with salt, the juice of 1/2 lemon, a ginger powder and Provence greens.
I placed lemon slices and basil leaves next to the salmon.
I added another 1/2 cup of water and put the salmon in the oven, over medium heat, for 10 minutes.
After this interval I turned the salmon slices on the other side and left for another 10 minutes.
I served it with a garnish of potatoes and natural carrots and with sautéed mushrooms.
