Spicy chicken with carrots

Mix the pepper paste with coriander, paprika, turmeric, pepper. Add the broth and liquid cream, mix well until it becomes a thick and homogeneous sauce.

In a saucepan place 2 tablespoons of oil, coarsely chopped onion and chopped garlic cloves. We set everything on fire. We cut and wash the chicken into pieces, dry it with household paper and place it in the pan until it takes on color.

Put a teaspoon of the above sauce and mix, leave on the fire for about 5 minutes, taking care not to stick.

Pour chicken soup and the rest of the sauce on top, mix with a spoon to gather all the juices and cover. We check the seasoning. Let it cook until the sauce is low and the meat is cooked.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Boil in 400ml of chicken soup with the 3 tablespoons of olives and salt until all the liquid has evaporated.

Serve with couscous garnish.
