Beef salad

Boil the chicken pipette, after it has been washed very well, with a little salt.

I also put carrots because I had some carrots that were harder to boil.

Then add the peeled potatoes and wash well and celery. After boiling, let it cool.

The peas from the jar, pre-cooked, bring to a boil and then cool.

Cucumbers and donuts are cut into cubes and left to drain.


Preparing mayonnaise:

Boiled and cooled yolks are ground with a wooden spoon. Add the raw yolks over them and mix well.

Gradually add the oil, stirring in one direction so as not to cut the mayonnaise.

At the end add the mustard, lemon juice and salt.

If your mayonnaise is cut, straighten it with a little oil or mustard.


Vegetables that have been cooked (without celery) and chicken breast are cut into cubes. Place the cooled peas on top and mix well.

Pickles drain well of vinegar and put over vegetables and meat, to taste.

Add mayonnaise and salt to taste.
