Cauliflower bread

-I opened the cauliflower in the bouquets and dipped it in hot water with a pinch of salt until I could penetrate it with a fork. I took out the cauliflower and let it drain.

-In the meantime, I beat the eggs well, I added the spices, a little cold water and flour. The dough should be a little thicker than the pancakes.

-Put each bunch of cauliflower through this dough and fry in hot oil.

-Remove the cauliflower on a paper napkin to absorb more oil, then you can enjoy it with garlic sauce ... a delight!
