RECIPE PREPARATION Apricot ice cream with yogurt:
Wash the apricots, peel them and put them in a blender. Mix the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of sugar and add the apricot puree.

You can keep this jam in the fridge and add it to your morning yogurt when you need it, just as you can use a jam that you already have in your pantry.
Of course, fruit yogurt can also be made in the winter, if you have fruit in the freezer and let it thaw before mixing it with the yogurt.
Another advantage when you make fruit yogurt at home is that if you are a fan of flavors, as I am, you can add to your fruit yogurt, anything and everything you like, for example: vanilla powder, cardamom, cinnamon , grated lemon peel, orange powder, etc. Things don't have to get boring, play with flavors and colors to your heart's content! You can't do that with a bought yogurt, can you?
