How to make homemade fruit yogurt

I think you have already guessed the preparation method, because it is not difficult at all.

Ideally, the yogurt should also be homemade, but if it is not possible, then at least choose a natural yogurt from the store, without powdered milk or I don't know what additives. As a sweetener I try to use something natural, such as bee honey or date syrup, but it's also great if you use sugar, stevia, or anything else you prefer.

I know that for some people the combination of yogurt and fresh fruit is not the happiest. In this case, you can make a quick jam from the fruits you have at hand. And I do this quite often when I make fruit creams for desserts. Basically, boil the fruit for a few minutes together with the sugar, just enough to bind. I talked about this in the recipe for quick blackberry jam with lemon and basil.

You can keep this jam in the fridge and add it to your morning yogurt when you need it, just as you can use a jam that you already have in your pantry.

Of course, fruit yogurt can also be made in the winter, if you have fruit in the freezer and let it thaw before mixing it with the yogurt.

Another advantage when you make fruit yogurt at home is that if you are a fan of flavors, as I am, you can add to your fruit yogurt, anything and everything you like, for example: vanilla powder, cardamom, cinnamon , grated lemon peel, orange powder, etc. Things don't have to get boring, play with flavors and colors to your heart's content! You can't do that with a bought yogurt, can you?

My dear ones, today's post is not really a recipe, but it is, let's say, just an idea! I hope you like it and put it into practice. Take advantage of the richness of fresh fruit from this period and make colorful and fragrant combinations!

Apricot flavored ice cream recipe

& # 8220Remember! A homemade ice cream, especially if you don't have a car, will NEVER come out as creamy as the commercial ones that are full, but FULL of stabilizers. So don't be disappointed if it doesn't come out the same as the one in the plastic pans. Believe me, we don't want that! & # 8221 [Ana Consulea & # 8211 Zexe]

Any homemade ice cream will be kept for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.

The preparation method is for those of you who do not have an ice cream robot. Those of us who have an ice cream machine solve it much easier. At the end you will find two ice cream recipes that do not make ice needles and are creamy.
