If you're a fan of macarons, you've probably heard his name.

  • 100 gr soft butter
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 25gr cocoa powder

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate and hazelnut cake:

Put the chocolate pieces with hazelnuts and crushed pralines, stirring gently.

Pour the dough into a cake tin greased with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 165 ° C and bake for another 20 minutes.


Allow to cool completely.

Prepare caramelized hazelnuts

Plant toothpicks in hazelnuts.

Make a caramel with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Check with a fork, when making threads, threads.

Soak the hazelnuts in the caramel and let them form vertically to form the caramel thread.

You can plant them in a polystyrene box.


Melt 100 g of dark chocolate and pour evenly over the cake (including the edges) to have a fairly homogeneous layer and not too thick.

Sprinkle with crushed pralines and decorate with caramelized hazelnuts.

Put a little in the fridge for the chocolate layer to harden.
