I separated the eggs. I whipped the egg whites, added a little salt, then 100 g of sugar, vanilla essence and yolks. I mixed them well, then I put the pudding powder and the baking powder stirring continuously. I added the cheese after the flour in the rain. I cleaned an orange, cut it into small pieces and incorporated them into the composition. I put the composition in molds and put it in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
While they were in the oven, I caramelized the other orange. After I caramelized them, I put them over the muffins and left them in the oven for another 5 minutes.
They can be eaten hot or cold.
