Chicken pizza

Chicken pizza

It took:

In a bowl put the yeast with the 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of flour and a little warm water, until everything dissolves.

Leave to rise for 10 minutes.

In a bowl put flour, salt, lard, leavened yeast, basil and oregano.

Gradually add warm water and start kneading until you get a non-sticky dough.

Then add the olive oil and knead for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and cover with a towel.

Leave until it doubles in volume.

Filling:

The chicken leg is washed and cleaned, then seasoned with salt and pepper, cut into pieces, put to simmer in a pan with a little oil and cover with a lid.

Cut onions into scales and add over the meat. Allow to brown nicely, then remove and allow to cool. Cut the red onion and pepper into slices. Mix tomato paste with a little water and pepper paste. Grate the cheese.

Remove the dough on the floured table and knead a little.

It is divided into two (a larger part and a smaller one).

Spread each piece of dough in a suitable sheet, then place in a tray lined with aluminum foil or baking paper.

Put the tomato sauce over the dough, then the grated cheese. Place the chicken pieces with onions, onion rings, peppers and red onions.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° and leave it until it browns nicely.

Serve hot.

Pizza with chicken and mushrooms

3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza tops.

4. Cut the chicken pieces into thin strips and pour the sauce over them. Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 3 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat.

5. Cook the garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

6. Place the chicken and mushrooms on the pizza tops, then sprinkle with cheese and onion. Keep this quick pizza in the oven for 12 minutes. Decorate with arugula leaves. Serve pizza with chicken and mushrooms immediately.

2 pieces of boiled chicken
60ml of barbecue sauce
45ml of oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
250g of mushrooms, halved
salt and pepper
250g of mozzarella
2-3 green onions, finely chopped
a few leaves of arugula for garnish

Add the leavened yeast and knead an elastic and non-sticky dough. Leave the bowl in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.

Chicken breast is cut into cubes or strips and lightly browned. Cut the capsicum into thin slices and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Peel a pineapple and grate it.

From the leavened dough lay two equal sheets. Grease each sheet with tomato juice, sprinkle half the amount of cheese and place the browned breast, diced pineapple, capsicum peppers, tomatoes and chopped green onions.

The pizza thus prepared is baked for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. After removing from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese. Serve hot. Good appetite!
