Wash the chicken well, cut it into pieces and put it to boil.
After a few boils we change the water.
Now add the chopped vegetables and let them boil until the meat is well cooked and begins to come off the bones.
Remove the meat to a plate and allow to cool.
Remove the meat from the bones.
Put sour cream and spices in the juice in which the chicken was boiled.
Also now we put half a clove of crushed garlic.
We put the other half when the soup is almost cold.
Put the meat back in the soup.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with hot peppers :)
