The recipe is from Donna Hay magazine (no.51), easily adapted to what I had in the fridge. In fact, the recipe also included Baileys liqueur, I didn't have it, so I replaced it with espresso. If you have to use it, it comes out much more fragrant.

Preparation: preheat the oven to 180 degreesC. Wallpaper a cake tray with baking paper.
We prepare first brownies: on the bain-marie melt the chocolate together with the butter. Use a good quality chocolate with at least 75% cocoa. As the two ingredients are steamed, beat the eggs together with the salt and sugar in a bowl. You can cut another 50 g of sugar, they seemed a bit sweet to me. Pour the mixture of cioco + butter over the eggs and beat well. Add the liqueur, in my case coffee. Separately mix flour + cocoa + baking powder. You add them to the composition. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Separately mix all the ingredients for cheesecake. With a spoon pour heaps over the brownie. You can make marble marks with a light stick, as you wish.
Put the cake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, no more.
After it has cooled, cut it.
