- 2 sachets of vanilla pudding
- 500 ml of milk
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 vial of vanilla essence
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 150 g coconut
- 75 g mixture of nuts and fried almonds
- 4 squares of grated dark chocolate

RECIPE PREPARATION Turkish cake:
Prepare pudding with milk, sugar and vanilla essence.
Line the large stove tray with baking paper, then sprinkle with a layer of coconut. Put a layer of pudding on top and let it cool for 15 minutes.
Whip the cream hard.
Roast the walnuts and almonds in a dry pan, then robot them until they are powdered.
Put a layer of whipped cream over the cooled pudding, then grate the chocolate and sprinkle the fine mixture of nuts and almonds. Cut into cubes after being cold for another 30 minutes.
