Lentil soup

The preparation is very easy, it is washed well and boiled in cold water and salt, it is boiled for 20-25 minutes (the pink one boils quickly). After boiling, add crushed garlic and a little milk and mix until you get the desired consistency.

Let it boil and season to taste with sea salt, hot pepper flakes I put (I have a mixture with hot peppers, sea salt, marjoram, oregano which is bestial, grind when put ) .

Add tarragon vedre (or other aromatic herbs), green basil and serve hot, it is extremely nutritious and healthy.
