On Sunday, I felt like a biscuit salami, but not the one I bought, but the one made at home, aromatic, with a childhood taste. So I got what I needed and started making biscuit salami. With shit.
Here is my recipe for shit biscuit salami:
Necessary ingredients: 1 kg of popular biscuits, 2 and a half cups of milk, a cup of sugar, 250 gr. of butter, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar, a rum essence, 500 gr. shit.
* I used a 250 ml cup.
Step by step recipe
1. For the beginning I broke the biscuits (not too small, I like to see the pieces of biscuits). See photo.
2. I put the milk together with the sugar, vanilla sugar and rum essence in a pot on the fire.
3. After the sugar has melted, add the cocoa, cinnamon and then the butter. I left it on the fire until the butter melted.
4. I then poured the hot syrup over the biscuits.
5. I cut the shit into pieces and mixed it with the syrupy biscuits. I let the composition rest for about a quarter of an hour.
6. With the help of the food foil I made the salamis. I got 6 salamis with dimensions between 15 cm and 25 cm long, 5-7 cm wide.
7. I put the salami in the fridge for a few hours before cutting it.
The taste of homemade biscuit salami is incomparable to that of the one bought. It tastes better, we believe it, it's different.
Transfer the composition to food foil. Bring the bottom of the foil over and press lightly. Do the same with the opposite foil. Wrap the composition and roll it into a roll or roll.
- Squeeze your heads tight. Hold it tight and smooth it by rolling it on the work surface.
- Knot the two ends.

Healthy biscuit salami - recipe
• 200 g of organic biscuits
• 100 g of walnut kernels
• 5 tablespoons cocoa (or locust bean powder)
• 3 tablespoons cocoa butter
• 4 tablespoons of honey
• 50 g of raisins
• 1 pinch of salt once
