An easy and simple dessert to make, to the children's liking!

RECIPE PREPARATION Noodle with milk:

The milk is boiled together with the sugar, when it boils, add the noodles, stirring from time to time, so that it does not stick. Boil on low heat for 4 minutes, according to the instructions on the package. Turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for a few minutes.

Serve hot or cold, it's just as good! The children are delighted by a bowl of noodles with milk and always eat with pleasure.


How do We Make Macaroni with Milk?

Boil the milk with a pinch of salt in a saucepan of the right size (the macaroni must also fit). When the milk boils, add the macaroni and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes less than the instructions on the package. We mix quite often and we are careful that the milk does not catch fire. When they are almost ready, add the rest of the ingredients.

Add the sugar, vanilla and lemon peel and cook for the remaining 2 minutes. In this stage we mix continuously. Grandma mixes the sugar with a teaspoon of cocoa and then adds the mix to the pasta. It was my favorite option. My son likes simple macaroni, only with milk.

If we use noodles (ie fine cut as for soup) then the cooking time will be much shorter.


Bring the milk to a boil and add the sugar, stirring to melt. After the milk has boiled, add the noodles and let the preparation boil, on low heat, for about 5 minutes. Do not forget to mix from time to time through the noodles, with a wooden spoon, so as not to stick. After the noodles have boiled, turn off the heat and add to the preparation either a few drops of rum essence, or vanilla or lemon essence. Cover the container for 10-15 minutes. When ready to serve, put noodles with milk in bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. If you have opted for the lemon essence in the composition, you can sprinkle over the preparation, besides cinnamon, also grated lemon peel. It is usually eaten hot, but it is just as delicious and cold.

In a bowl, mix well 1 egg, 100g of flour and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous dough that covers all the flour, if the dough is too soft add a little more flour. After letting it rest for 30 minutes, the dough is spread in 1 or 2 thin sheets about 2-3 cm thick.

Roll the noodle sheets and cut into thin strips, which are dried on a clean cloth or large paper. The noodles dry for 12-24 hours, and in order to shorten the drying time, it is good to place them as scattered as possible, without overlapping too much.
