Lamb ribs with potatoes and garlic

I know, it's not Easter, but I'm a guardian girl, because only I eat meatballs and I couldn't devour 1/2 lamb ... I took it so gradually and look, my appetite dropped just today ... ..

  • about 800 g of lamb ribs
  • 2 larger potatoes
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • Fuchs Aglio e Olio spices (I know they are not spices for lamb, but I like them and I also used them for lamb)
  • rosemary for potatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Lamb ribs with potatoes and garlic:

I took the ribs out of the freezer, let them thaw, cut them in half, dried them with a napkin, then greased them with oil, sprinkled salt and Fuchs spices. We clean the garlic cloves and cut them into smaller pieces, we clean the potatoes and we cut them into 6. In a ceramic tray we place a large piece of baking paper, enough so that we can gather it and tie it with the ribs inside. Place the ribs, garlic, potatoes, sprinkle rosemary over the potatoes, gather the baking paper and bind it, pour the wine into the pan, put the tray in the oven, about 2 hours on medium heat, then take the tray out of the oven and untie the baking paper, put in new in the oven to brown well on both sides, about 30 minutes on low heat. I literally licked my fingers .....
